PRIVATE CHEF GOURMET CATERING PACKAGES !
All packages include,5 hour service, including set up and clean up for an open truck service for 3 hours ,unlimited plates all with a private chef catering service, which means all options are made fresh to order and can be altered due to your guests dietary needs or you can have our per plate option with one meal pp.
Corporate catering is does not include an all you can eat option, but does include drinks, two sides, five main options or dessert, instead of drinks.
Both options include plates, napkins, forks, travel fee and gratuity. I offer a choice of five main meal options including vegetarian, gluten free or vegan option, two sides, one cold side and one hot side for extra sides or mains there is an added fee of an extra 100.00 per option. I only allow up to two more sides or main options.
Our appetizers, bar service, cleaning and serving staff, dessert cart, ice cream cart or charcuterie cart is available for an extra fee. The tax is not included or the 4 percent credit card fee, if a credit card is used. If there are any guests over the minimum guest pricing below, there will be 25.00 extra per person added. If multiple trucks are needed there will be another fee. We can accommodate 1000 people or more we have many trucks to serve your family or staff. My pricing below can be altered to fit any budget.

I offer a private chef catering in your home with a family style meal, appetizer, and dessert with clean up and serving staff.
Private cooking classes for yourself or with guests. I also offer a very special cooking option that is done with my special teppanyaki grill in your home on a table in which you can choose the same options that we make on the trucks but made right in front of your guests in your home.
